Company Profile

Phase III Business Consulting Pty Ltd (Phase III) was founded by Gerald Smith, an experienced accountant and consultant who has spent over 22 years in working with businesses large and small to improve their financial performance. Gerald has spent over 15 years consulting, including over 7 years with two of the 'big 4' consulting houses.

Phase III employs CPA Australia qualified accountants and registered tax agents and, either it or through its associates, can provide:

• management consulting services;
• accounting services and advice;
• taxation services and advice

The Company sets itself high ethical standards in its relationships with clients, staff and other stakeholders. We work with our clients to help them reduce and better manage their costs, including those of our own Company by helping our clients understand and perform work they are capable of doing. We are not in the business of baffling our clients with jargon and creating increasing and ongoing fees.

Where Phase III wins an engagement that requires skills sets outside its own core competencies, it works closely with trusted and established associates to ensure its clients receive a consistent quality and level of advice from those associates.
